Guide for Authors

Attention:

  • Content of articles should be proportionate with aims of journal (Diagnosis is by editorial board).
  •  The article did not sent to any other seminar, did not published or did not assigned simultaneously in or to other publications.
  • The quarterly has the right of selection, edition, summarization or correction of received articles.
  •  Authors are responsible for opinions and ideas presented in articles and printing the article does not mean confirming of its content.

Article writing style:

  1. The article should written at most in 20 A4 pages with 1 cm space between lines and 3cm margins from each side, all typed in Word software.
  2. Font size should be as below:
  • Title: Times new roman, 14 bold
  • Text: Times new roman, 12narrow
  • Subtitles (article sections subjects): Times new roman, 12 bold
  • Author’s names: Times new roman, 12 bold
  • The word Abstract and key words: Times new roman, 12 bold
  • Table and shapes titles: Times new roman, 11 bold
  • Text of tables and shapes and resources: Times new roman, 11 narrow
  • Footnote: Times New Roman, 10 narrow
  1. Important points:
  • The file of article should be uploaded with doc or docx formats.
  • Authors’ characteristics (including authors’ names respectively, inserting their scientific degree and relevant organization in footnote) should be uploaded in a separate file. Address (and postal code), telephone number and electronic post of the author who is in contact, should be determined in characteristic file.
  • The first page of article consists of:
  1.  Title
  2.  An abstract including at most 250 words and key words

      2. The main text structure should have this parts:

      Introduction, literature review, methodology, findings analysis, conclusion

      3. How to insert tables and diagrams:

      Tables and diagrams should be numbered respectively and insert in right place in the text. Title of each table should typed above it and for diagrams below them. Inserting resources beside tables and diagrams titles is necessary.

       4. How to insert other items:

  • Symbolization and footnotes should insert below each page.
  • Appendixes and notes should insert at the end of article and after resources.

        5. How to arrange resources:

        Resources (with author’s name and year) should point in the text and insert in each page footnote in original language, then should ordered    from A to Z and insert at the end of the article. It’s necessary that all resources in the text would be referenced.

        6. How to reference to resources from A to Z:

        Books:

        Authorship: author / authors’ last name, first name, year of publication, title, edition number, place of publication, publisher name

        Translation: author last name, first name, year of publication, title, edition number, translator name, place of publish, publisher name

        Articles:

        Last name of authors, name, publication date, title, name of journal, volume and issue number of the journal, number of article pages

        Internet resources:

        Last name of authors, name, article’s title, date of publication, complete address of resource, exact date of accessing the article

        Explanation:

  • Books’ titles, and journals’ names should typed in italic.
  • If there are more than two authors for articles, the first author’s name should be mentioned and after that for others just write “et al”.

Considerations

  1.  Check Journal Subject Scope and be sure that your article is related to it.
  2. Five files should sent for journal: authors’ characteristics file, article main file, ethical commitment file, conflict of interest file, and abstract file.
  3. Download the file format of authors’ characteristics here and upload related information over this file.
  4. Download article main file format here and arrange and send the article according to it exactly. Despite it, the article wouldn’t reviewed.

  7. This quarterly is committed to international laws of scientific abuse (including distortion, plagiarism, data creation,…) and will be dealt with every misbehavior during the initial reviews and according to committee on publication ethics (COPE) instructions.
