1-     All the received articles will be at chief editor disposal.

2-     The article will be at two reviewers’ disposal, after chief editor confirmation at less than 10 days.

3-     The article will be accepted in case of either two reviewers confirmation or confirm with minor corrections.

4-     The article will be rejected if both two reviewers reject it.

5-     Otherwise chief editor decides about it.

6-     Whole judgment process will longs at most 45 days.
